Just that you said, 2, I see that you know the groupings now, or just forgot when youposted that. But there is no such thing as a 2 set up, and if there is, it is a bad idea to use. In all honesty lowest you should ever have to go is a 3, if you are careful, with a 3 you don’t even need to worry about single needle stuff.
how does me descrbing the thickness of the needle. ie 3, 5, 7, etc.

2 INCHES….no shit I am serious, set your tortion bar to a 45 degree angle, check your seal on the flux greas box, and then give that machine a real long throw. Like about another inch.
