I was 17 and fully grown when I got mine, but I wish I had been younger.
My older brother passed away a few years ago. He had a custom tattoo, basically a skull with flames, and I’ve been thinking about getting the same tattoo or a small replica in memory of him. I’m just not sure if I’m a “skull and flames” kind of guy.
Should I get the same tattoo that he had? Does anyone have any good ideas for other non-religious memorial tattoos? Do you think I should not even get one? Any advice is appreciated
I have heard that it is an old-fashioned Navy tattoo that can represent freedom and I love that idea. My boyfriend is going into the Navy and I want something to represent how much I support him, how much he means to me and how I want him to stay safe when he gets deployed. But I also want to make sure that I won’t attract gangs members or anything like that. Help is greatly appreciated!

I got my tattoo 9 days ago with my friends and my tattoo artist told me to put A & D ointment on it for 2 weeks. My tattoo is flaking off the ink and looks like its fading. I got a tattoo in September 2008, so it has been several months since. However, i have recently discovered acne forming in and around my tattoo. The tattoo is on my left shoulder blade, and it is in a spot where i dont normally get acne. How do i get rid of this acne problem without harming the tattoo itself, and why is this happening?
I was just wondering if it was possible to get a tattoo while you’re out cold under an anesthetic like the ones you get at a hospital before surgery or something so you don’t feel anything? Because I know there a lot of people who want tattoos but are so scared of needles (I’m one of them) so would not be able to stand the pain. Is it possible?
